Hey Ladies!!!!
Sorry it has taken me this long to post about the campout that was two weeks ago. Well first let me just say that it was an amazing time with a great group of women. Let me rephrase that...a group of brave women. The day of the campout there was a very scary thunderstorm. But we all just laughed in the face of the enemy and knew that the Lord would previal and that he did. Friday night was such an awesome night of fellowship. Being able to worship around God's majesty and the campfire was such an experience. We were completely surrounded by God's love. We were able to pray for lots of breakthrough and even healing. Christy and I found out last night that one of the ladies got healed of her IBS. She was prayed for on Friday night, had one symptom the next morning, and has been completely healed since that weekend. Praise God!!!!
During the middle of the night we did encounter a thunderstorm that scared most of us. So we all piled in the truck and rode up the side of hill to the house to sleep on the floor. Christy and I were just cracking up laughing the entire time. You all should've seen us trying to brace our selves in the back of the truck and holding our sleeping bags and pillows in between our legs; at the 3:00 in the morning. It was definitely a site to see!!
Saturday was a day of release for the ladies. We did a scavenger hunt, were the ladies had to find things in the woods to make their own cross. Once their cross was made we had them write out any lies that the enemy had over them and place it on their cross. Then they had to dig in the word and find scripture (the truth) and cover the lie on the cross. It was a great day. One lady even received her heavenly prayer language. WOW what a great time with our Father!!!!!

Jesus Culture Dallas 2009 Testimony
This past weekend a group from my church KeyPoint went to Jesus Culture in Dallas. Jesus Culture is ministry out of Bethel Church in Redding California. Christy and I were so excited about our trip to Dallas and knew to expect big things from God. But we were so unprepared for what God had in store for us. The Jesus Culture Band was amazing!! I have never experienced worship like that...we would worship for like an hour or longer. (Awesome!!) At Saturday morning worship Banning gets up and starts calling out people who need prayer. Healing was taking place throughout the crowd it was amazing! Banning calls out scoliosis and immediately I stand up and I am swarmed by a group of people. They lay hands on me and begin praying for my healing. I reach my arms straight in the air and start bending my neck from side to side. Anytime that I would do that in the past I would feel pain. So I kept bending and bending while they were praying and then all of a sudden the pain was gone. I just started crying and thanking God. A girl behind me could feel my spine moving. My shoulders that were uneven were no longer uneven. I ran up on stage to give my testimony. It was a great experience and I will never forget and I will thank God every day for the miracle He gave to me.
Later on that afternoon we had our Treasure Hunt. A Treasure Hunt is where you pray and ask God to give you clues, that will eventually lead you to people that need prayer or a blessing. So we pile up in the car. As we are riding to the mall I am praying and asking God for my clues. Christy and I were able to go together in the Treasure Hunt and seven of my clues check out. Two people that we were led to were from Northwest Arkansas. What are the odds?? I got to bless a couple's future marriage, a woman's travel, two healings, etc. It was sooooo great...God is awesome!! The entire trip was just full of supernatural experiences. I give God all the glory and I thank him for allowing me to experience His wonder. The speakers really spoke a lot about revival, which I know is coming. Northwest Arkansas better lookout because God is about to set this place on fire, if he hasn't already. We all are going to start seeing Signs and Wonders. Healings are going to start taking place all over NWA. I can see it in our near future. So start preparing your hearts and your spirit.
Blessings!!!!

Planting Seeds
Christy and I wanted to share what God has been speaking to to us lately. So we felt led to go to Borders to hang out. We ended up in the cafe area at first where we got the best kind of slushy I have ever had. Anyway we started sharing notes and scriptures that the Lord had been giving to us. While we were sharing, this girl came over and set right next to us, so we knew that she was hearing every word that we were saying. Towards the end of our conversation we decided, we need to walk around the store and ask God to send to us anyone who may need to hear from him. But before we began to pray I asked the girl if she needed prayer in anyway. I think she was really surprised by the question. She told us no, she was okay. (Seed planted) So we prayed for direction, split up, and wandered around Borders. After a while I go led to the card section where there was this woman that I couldn't stop looking at. God said, "That's the one, now tell her I am here with her". To be honest, it took me about ten minutes to push through the fear and actually speak to her. But I eventually went up to her, introduced myself, and told her, God just wants you to know that whatever it is you are going through he is with you. She was very surprised and said wow that's kinda nice to know. And that was basically it. I had nothing else to say. God just had those words for her. But for God to use me in that way was amazing!!! So after that, Christy and I had to sit down, I was so overwhelmed by his presence. While we were sitting I told her that I was feeling led to the hospital, 3rd floor. So we immediately went up to the check out counter, because I found a great book to buy. While we were waiting to check out, Christy felt led to buy chocolates for the people in the hospital. So then we hopped in the car and drove over the hospital, its like 9:00pm now. We were thinking are we even going to get into the hospital. But we knew we were suppose to be there, so we just knew we would get in. We walk up to the front entrance and its locked. So as we turn to walk back to the car, a man gets out of a taxi and says are you trying to get in. He lets us in without even asking why we were there. So cool!! We knew it was God. So we go straight to the elevator and push button 3 to go to the third floor. When we step out of the elevator and we notice that we are standing outside of the Surgery Waiting Room. But the room was empty, there was only two nurse. But we knew we were suppose to be there. So we waited and I got the feeling that it was one of the nurse. As soon as I said that, the nurse came over to us. God brought her to us, so amazing. We told her why were there and asked if she needed prayer. (Seed planted) She told us that she wanted her eye to heal. She didn't seem comfortable enough for us to pray with her, so prayed on our own. After that we went back to the elevator and went to the 4th floor and ended up in the ICU waiting room. God was just pulling us into that room. There were two families in there and we weren't sure if were suppose to talk to them. So we just sat down and waited for God. The family sitting close to us just seemed so upset and sad. Christy and I began worshiping and speaking in the spirit very quietly for like twenty minutes. And before we knew it that family had so much joy. They were laughing and sharing stories. It was so awesome to see the transformation. We figured out that we were there to cast out the enemy.
After all that we knew that God had used us in small ways to plant seeds and to help others. The Lord was also able to work in us. He gave us the courage to break through the fear and we now know what it feels like to share his love with other people. I share this testimony with all of you to give the the glory to God. What He did in Christy and I last night was amazing!!!! Praise God!!!

Sacrifice
I want to ask you a question that might be hard to answer at first. Not because you don't know the answer but because you don't want to say the answer aloud. What are you not giving up for God? What worldly object is holding you back from our Father? Is it television, friends, school, work, hobbies, food, addictions, etc. Some of these things are acceptable, but are you putting them before God? At church a few Sundays ago our pastor made a comment that really stuck with me. He said that we never miss our favorite television show, but we can miss church on Sunday mornings. That one comment really put things in perspective for me. I never realized that I was putting televison, work, and school before God. So I made the decision to change. I will be completely honest with you, and tell you that it is very hard to change your lifestyle. If you are really serious about it, and give it up to God he will walk with you every step of the way. "And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice--the kind he will accept. When you think of what he has done for you, is this too much to ask? Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will know what God wants you to do, and you will know how good and pleasing and perfect he is will really is. " (Romans 12:1-2, NLT) God wants all of your energy and resources, so put aside whatever is getting in the way. Spend your time loving on God and allow Him to love on you.

Spread the Word
Pastor Casey at KPC, really inspired me today. He shared a verse during his sermon that really stuck with me. "The truth is, a kernel of wheat must be planted in the soil. Unless it dies it will be alone--a single seed. But its death will produce many new kernels--a plentiful harvest of new lives." (John 12:24, NLT) Jesus spoke these words to his disciples to explain why He must die. Jesus died on the cross to bring new life to this earth. But He has called us Christians to spread His word. Without us, the harvest can not be complete. Do not let fear of man stand in your way. God has called us to spread the Word, to be a light for others. We can not let the fear of man hold us back from fulfilling God's will. "If anyone acknowledges me publicly here on earth, I will openly acknowledge that person before my Father in heaven. But if anyone denies me here on earth. I will deny that person before my Father in heaven." (Matthew 12:32-33, NLT) Jesus Christ died on the cross for me and for you. Keeping your lips sealed is the same as denying him openly. Stand firm for what you believe in, stand firm for your King. "We cannot stop telling about the wonderful things we have seen and heard." (Acts 4:20, NLT) Go out and spread the word to the world. I challenge you to not let fear stand in your way, share the love with Jesus Christ with one person this week. I will praying for this opportunity right along with you. If you feel led to, please share your experience with all of us on the blog, to give God all the glory.

Being Obedient
Has the Lord ever asked you to do something for him? Maybe he asked you to befriend someone that you really didn't like or maybe he asked you to pray with your mother-in-law. Did you obey or did you disobey? Many of us miss the chance to be obedient to our Father God. Then stand by and watch as someone else gets the chance we missed out on. But those of you who listened and obeyed know how great it is to be obedient. The Lord begins to work in you in so many ways. You start receiving blessing after blessing. Deuteronomy 5:10, NLT states, But I lavish my love on those who love me and obey my commands, even for a thousand generations. I love that He mentions even for a thousand generations. He will never stop blessing his children as long we love and obey Him. I know that sometimes it is a challenge to obey God at times. But the Lord knows what He is doing, you just have to trust Him. I heard someone say that before we can fear the Lord we must not fear man. Sometimes it is very hard to disregard what others my think of our actions. Will we be made fun of or called crazy? But we must remember who the task is for, not those people (even though they may benefit from it), the task is for God. Everything we do should all be for the glory of God. We must obey God rather than human authority. Acts 5:29, NLT
I would like to share how God blessed me recently for being obedient. My office had been going through some hard times. Most of the staff was very unhappy. I was in a really hard position as well. I had to hear the supervisors worry about the economy and then I had to hear how the staff was worried about what the supervisors were planning to do. It was very difficult to handle. I didn't even want to go to work anymore, it was to depressing. So I started to pray about it and ask God what could I do. After a few days of prayer the Lord told me to start a bible study for all the ladies at work. By the way all the employees are women. I thought this would be a great idea. The ladies would be able to actually have some positive God time in the work place. Instead of all the negativity that was flying around. The hard part was I had to ask my boss if it would be okay. I was a nervous wreck for two days. I was so worried that when I finally got the chance to ask, he would say NO. But I had to keep reminding myself, the Lord called me to do this, my boss had to say yes. And the great news is, he did!! I was so excited. So we started out meeting once a month. Only a few people showed up each time, but when you are obedient to the Lord, it turns out amazing. The Lord showed up each time. The entire experience created a group of amazing women who love God and want to grow into a deeper relationship with Him. The last time we met was this past Monday and it was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. Two of us were baptized in the Holy Spirit. God showed up in a big way!! It was awesome!!! The whole night I kept thanking the Lord for blessing me for my obedience. If I hadn't obeyed the Lord then I wouldn't have had those amazing moments with our Father God. Plus the Lord has continued to keep using me in many ways. For instance this blog. I want this blog to be a resource for the women in NWA to share their testimonies, Scriptures, or anything else amazing. I look forward to your comments.
